Michelle Loon is a jewelry artist specializing in metal clay fabrication, gemstones and CAD modeling. Michelle discovered her passion for jewelry and metal clay as a medium of expression while completing a Bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of California, Irvine. Since graduating, she has expanded her learning with Graduate Gemologist and Jewelry Design and Technology diplomas from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and Senior Instructor status through Art Clay World for metal clay. When not immersed in the challenge of a new project, Michelle can be found curled up with a book or exploring the world of aerial arts.
